THE SCIENTIFIC FOUNDATION

Three perspectives.
One connected approach to wellbeing.

01

Support at several levels

The WHO's guidelines on mental health at work cover organisational interventions, manager training and individual interventions. They support an approach that considers employees' support alongside their working conditions.

03

More perspectives on wellbeing

Research has shown associations between psychosocial stress and attentional control. Cognitive tasks can therefore offer a complementary perspective alongside an employee's own account of their situation.

FROM KNOWLEDGE TO PRACTICE

Relevant interventions.
Ongoing follow-up.

Atlas Individual combines self-reporting and cognitive tasks to inform individual results and personal programmes. Atlas Teams provides context for leadership coaching, while APV explores working conditions.

Analysis and reporting help track progress. Results inform dialogue and priorities; changes over time can have several causes.
